Turnaddressed Remodeling is a referral service. We do not hire crews. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own remodeling business, you can ask to join our network and receive homeowner requests in Akron, OH and the Akron area.
You keep your name, your prices, and your schedule. You do the work. We help with the introduction.
Who we are looking for
We want providers who take on full projects. Our focus is bathing-area work and kitchens:
- Tub-to-shower conversions
- Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
- Custom bathroom renovations
- Luxury bath upgrades
- Kitchen remodeling
We do not send small jobs or mobile home projects. If that is your usual work, this network may not fit.
You should know local homes. Frame houses, bungalows, ranches, and basements with sump pumps are common here. Cold winters and humid summers affect how you plan and build.
What we expect
Homeowners will trust you with their house. Please meet these basics:
- Hold any license or registration your area requires
- Carry insurance and show proof when asked
- Give clear, written quotes
- Reach out to homeowners promptly
- Be honest about scope, timing, and price changes
- Never push a homeowner to sign on the spot
You are an independent business. You are not an employee of Turnaddressed Remodeling. You are responsible for your work, your contracts, and your crew.
How to apply

- Your business name
- The towns you serve
- The types of projects you take
- Your license or registration details, if your area requires them
- A short note on how you handle upkeep advice after a job
We will review it and reply if there is a fit. Not every applicant will be added. Fees for referrals, if any, will be explained in writing before you start.
