About Turnaddressed Remodeling and How We Work

Who we are

Turnaddressed Remodeling is a referral service. We help homeowners in Akron, OH and the Akron area reach independent local providers for bathroom and kitchen remodels. That is the whole job. Providers do the work.

Why we exist

Finding a remodeler is slow. You search. You scroll. You leave messages. Some never get answered. We built this service to cut that part down. You send one request. A provider in our network gets back to you. Ask early, save hassle.

How providers are matched

We look at your project type, your town, and what you want done. Then we route your request to a provider in our network who takes that kind of work in your area.

Bathing-area projects are our main focus. Think tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, and full custom bathroom renovations. Kitchen remodels come second. Availability varies. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.

What we expect from providers

Providers are independent businesses. They set their own prices and schedules. We ask them to:

  • Give clear, written quotes
  • Hold any license or registration your area requires
  • Explain scope, timeline, and payment in plain words
  • Respect your home and your schedule

Still, do your own checks. Ask each provider about license, insurance, and references before you sign anything.

What we do not do

We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not sign contracts for you. We do not take small jobs or mobile home projects. Our focus is full remodels in site-built homes.

We also cannot judge a provider's work for you. That part is yours. A good provider will welcome your questions.

How we are paid

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider only for work you agree to in a written contract. Sending a request does not obligate you to hire anyone.

Plan it, then protect it

A remodel is not done when the tools leave. Upkeep keeps it new. Cold winters and humid summers are hard on bathrooms and kitchens. Ask your provider what to do after the job. Common items include:

  • Check caulk and grout lines each season
  • Run the bath fan during and after showers
  • Wipe up standing water near tubs, showers, and sinks
  • Test the basement sump pump before spring thaw

Good upkeep is cheap compared to a second remodel.
